Ikea Industries HDSB Scatter Conversion

The task in this project was to adapt the OSB spreading heads from Dieffenbacher to lay the strands in an oriented manner. Since this system is a hybrid between Layer Particle Board and Layer Particle-OSB Board, the challenge was to design the height adjustment of the spreading head and the material return in such a way that the middle layer spreading machines remain interchangeable.
